Jean-Pierre Bouchard

Originally from Abitibi, Mr. Bouchard studied administration and accounting at HEC Montréal.

For more than 30 years, he worked at Revenue Canada, primarily in the development of IT systems and user training. He served as both a member and later president of his co-ownership syndicate and was responsible for its self-management.

In 2010, he founded Gestion Havre-Wakefield Inc. In addition to managing syndicates, he also works as a self-management consultant. He became a member of the board of directors of the RGCQ Outaouais chapter in 2012.

He served as president from 2014 to 2025 and sat on the RGCQ provincial board of directors.
