Condo 101
The administrator of a condominium plays a key role in managing a building. Their main responsibilities include making strategic decisions regarding the directions and priorities of the condominium. These decisions aim to ensure the preservation of the building, the maintenance, and the management of common areas.
Additionally, the administrator must safeguard the rights associated with the building and the condominium while ensuring compliance with the declaration of co-ownership. They are also required to adhere to the obligations and duties set out in the Civil Code of Quebec as well as the declaration of co-ownership.
