The RGCQ has developed an exclusive training program for syndicates of co-ownership, Desjardins members.
This virtual, interactive training program covers the different aspects of the roles and responsibilities of the co-ownership administrator, and lets you learn at your own pace.
Thanks to Quebec's co-ownership specialists, you'll develop the knowledge and skills you need to :
- Make decisions on the co-ownership's orientations and priorities
- Ensure the conservation of the building and maintenance of common areas
- Ensure compliance with legislation under the Civil Code of Québec.

Whether you are new to this role or already have a solid understanding of your responsibilities, this training is tailored to equip you with the tools needed to manage your condominium effectively.
Progress at your own pace through the various online training modules and learn or revisit the essentials of a condominium administrator's role.
