Co-ownership administration

The keys to success

The RGCQ has developed an exclusive training program for syndicates of co-ownership, Desjardins members.

This virtual, interactive training program covers the different aspects of the roles and responsibilities of the co-ownership administrator, and lets you learn at your own pace.

Thanks to Quebec's co-ownership specialists, you'll develop the knowledge and skills you need to :

  • Make decisions on the co-ownership's orientations and priorities
  • Ensure the conservation of the building and maintenance of common areas
  • Ensure compliance with legislation under the Civil Code of Québec.
