Artificial intelligence (AI) is gradually making its way into all areas of our daily lives... including co-ownership management. But where do we really stand? What are the current uses, the tools already deployed, and the perceptions of professionals and co-ownership associations regarding this technological revolution?

To answer these questions, Agconnect, in partnership with Condolegal.com and the Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec, is launching a major survey on the use of AI in co-ownership management, ahead of the RENT 2025 trade show. This trade show, scheduled for November 6 and 7, 2025, in Paris, is the largest Proptech event in Europe. Every year, it brings together thousands of real estate professionals to discover the latest technologies in the sector.

A survey to assess the reality on the ground

This survey aims to:

• Prepare an objective overview of AI adoption in co-ownership management, both in Quebec and in Europe;
• Collect feedback on use cases already implemented (document analysis, task automation, cost forecasting, etc.);
• Assess the digital maturity of the sector and the expectations of professionals.

A roundtable not to be missed at RENT 2025

The results of this survey will be presented during a special roundtable organized at RENT 2025, on the theme: "The Era of Augmented Property Managers: AI, Digital & New Challenges," Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

Technology experts, co-ownership managers, specialized legal experts, and digital solutions providers will share their visions to explore the concrete impacts of AI on co-ownership management practices and governance. Yves Joli-Coeur, distinguished lawyer and president of the Regroupement des gestionnaires et copropriétaires du Québec, will also participate in this roundtable, providing his legal and strategic insights.
