For this edition, we'll be tackling the management of delinquent payments. 

Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for every syndicate of co-ownership to have to deal with bad payers. Whether it's unpaid common charges, refusal to pay a special assessment or a fine imposed by the syndicate, legal action may be the only way to collect these debts.
