We invite you to take part in this new webinar on the provisional budget for condominiums. 

The provisional budget is an essential stage in the life of a co-ownership. To ensure its smooth running, it's essential to prepare it properly so that it can be adopted by all the syndicates. It's up to the board of directors or the manager to define the terms and costs that will be incurred over the course of the year. 

To help you prepare, we suggest you follow this webinar, which will cover the following points: 

• Objective and control of the budget
• Preparation, components and where to find information
• The quality of available information
• Respecting the budget during the year and periodic adjustments
• Establishing a fair contribution from co-owners
• Forecasts for each fund
• Sample budget with allocation key
• Followed by an exercise in applying a budget. 

The experts who will lead this workshop, which will be both theoretical and practical, will guide you to better understand and construct the basics of the provisional budget, and will be able to answer all your questions.
