The new obligations introduced by Bill 16 are gradually transforming the management of co-ownerships in Québec.

This conference is designed for board directors, syndicates, and co-owners who wish to gain a better understanding of the ongoing changes and their practical impact on the day-to-day management of their buildings.

Our speakers will present the key lessons learned during the first year following the implementation of the reform, the issues surrounding the contingency fund and maintenance logbook, and the best practices for approaching these new obligations with confidence.

Using an accessible approach supported by practical examples, participants will leave with a clear understanding of the changes ahead and the actions required to ensure the sustainable management of their co-ownership.

Program Highlights

  • One year after the new requirements: what best practices have emerged in the field?
  • Best practices, protection of personal information, and the evolving role of board members.
  • Field practices and the administration of tomorrow.

Get practical answers to the questions that arise when managing your co-ownership.
