WHERE DO WE STAND WITH PENSION FUND STUDIES?

Speakers will update participants on the latest developments in contingency fund studies. If the Quebec government's regulation implementing the conditions surrounding the realization of contingency funds has not yet been adopted by the date of the conference, the speakers will put forward working hypotheses on what the government might be considering. The said Regulation, if adopted, will be presented. Best practices will be discussed.

• What about condominiums with private row houses?
• What does the surveyor do to update a survey already carried out five years earlier?
• Is it possible to carry out in-house surveys? C
• How can we be cautious if we don't yet have a study for our condominium?
• How can we convince co-owners to follow the study's conclusions and allocate the necessary sums to each budget? Etc.
