Co-ownership mediation and arbitration - French only

This activity will be offered in French only.

During this conference, Me Stefania Chianetta and Me Michel Paradis, Ad.E., both members of the Centre de Médiation et d'Arbitrage en copropriété (CMAC), will explain the differences between the mediation and arbitration processes. They will present the rules applicable to both processes and discuss the costs of each. Using concrete examples from their practice in alternative dispute resolution, they will demonstrate the usefulness of using these mechanisms to resolve conflicts in their co-ownership. They will also answer questions from participants wondering whether mediation would be a good way of resolving a latent or existing conflict in their co-ownership.
