We invite you to this new in-person cocktail conference in Quebec City, on the subject of charging stations for electric vehicles present by Murbly.

The electric vehicle is increasingly seen as one of the means of transport for reducing the impact of automobile traffic on the climate. By 2030, the number of electric vehicles is set to rise to 1.5 million, or 30% of the Quebec fleet.

Despite these figures, the vast majority of condominiums are not equipped for charging these vehicles. Many declarations of co-ownership make no mention of this subject. This makes the installation of charging stations a controversial issue, sometimes even contested by co-owners unwilling to pay the costs. However, it's essential to discuss this subject with co-owners, as the electrification of our means of locomotion is increasingly part of the drive to reduce Quebec's greenhouse gas emissions and contain temperature rises between now and the end of the century.

From 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., our speakers will cover all the essential aspects of developing a refill strategy to ensure an effective project. Topics to be covered include

  • Capacity study
  • Installation contexts
  • Recharging solutions (power source)
  • Billing
  • Installation approaches
  • Subsidies
  • Initial reflexes for first-time applications
  • What not to do when applying for the first time
  • The legal aspect

From 6:30 to 8 p.m., meet condominium professionals from the Quebec City area at a cocktail reception and chat with other condominium owners in attendance.

We look forward to seeing you there!
