Many condominium owners mistakenly believe that they are the absolute owners of their parking space when it is designated as a restricted-use common area. In reality, this is only possible if the parking space has the legal status of a private area. In this lecture, you'll learn how to distinguish between a parking space designated as a private portion, a common portion and a common portion for restricted use. In particular, you'll learn how to deal with the following delicate situations:
- How to deal with a co-owner who doesn't park in the right place?
- What to do with a co-owner who uses the visitor areas?
- How to deal with a co-owner who wants a space closer to the stairs or elevator?
- How do you enforce the rules?
