This webinar "Common areas: who's responsible for what?" aims to clarify responsibilities for the maintenance and management of common areas in a condominium. Participants will learn to distinguish the roles and obligations of co-owners and the co-ownership manager with regard to shared spaces such as lobbies, corridors, elevators and common equipment. The webinar will also address the legal and financial aspects associated with the maintenance of common areas, including cost allocation and collective decision-making. This topic is essential for all those involved in the management and use of a co-owenship's common areas.
