The increase in the number of electric vehicles means a growing demand for electric vehicle charging stations. However, many buildings are unsuitable for them, and require work to provide space for charging points for several, or even all, co-owners. The increase in common expenses linked to electricity consumption is also a subject of questioning in co-ownership.
