To mark this historic moment, we invite you to our first regional conference, which will be held in Bromont on Friday, October 17, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m.

Following the publication of Bill 16 in the Official Gazette on July 30, new rules now govern the management of co-ownerships in Quebec. This conference will help you understand the main obligations..

• More detailed syndicate certificate required for sales
• Mandatory maintenance logbook (reviewed every 5 or 10 years)
• Contingency fund study every 5 years
