Cocktail conference: Presentation and discussion of the Draft Regulations law 16 + Cocktail RGCQ celebrates its 25th anniversary

We are pleased to invite you to our Special cocktail conference on the Regulation of Bill 16, which will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, at the Maison de la culture de Gatineau (Salle Odyssée), starting at 5:00 PM.

Following the Government of Quebec’s publication on September 11 of a highly significant draft regulation in the Official Gazette, we would like to inform you that once adopted, this regulation will implement major provisions of Bills 16 and 31. This legislative change will bring substantial modifications to the Civil Code of Quebec, introducing new obligations for condominium syndicates regarding transparency, financial management, and building maintenance.

We strongly encourage you to attend this RGCQ cocktail conference, as your voice is crucial in shaping the future of condominium management. This evening will be a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and share your perspectives, actively contributing to the evolution of the regulation.

During this event, we will address critical points such as:
