Bill 16, passed on December 5, 2019, makes it mandatory to study the contingency fund and keep a maintenance book. For new co-ownerships, this means that developers must produce and supply this study. Existing condominiums are also required to produce a contingency fund study and a maintenance log, which must be updated and revised periodically.

This tool ensures good governance and monitoring of work. During this webinar, an expert in building science will guide you in setting up a maintenance booklet. The technical aspect will be highlighted.
