Held throughout the year, RGCQ training activities address the needs of condominium owners, administrators and managers, with a focus on current condominium topics.

In addition to attending a quality training session, you'll be able to put your questions to the specialists who lead these courses and share their knowledge and skills with you.

Symposium

Twice a year, in the spring and fall, the RGCQ invites its members to learn more about a topical condominium issue.

Whether the topic is technical or legal, the public is always on hand to attend quality conferences.

💡 Our conferences are offered in two formats:

virtual, with conferences over two evenings ;
in person, over one day.

Duration: 4 hours of conferences

Networking activities

Networking events are the ideal opportunity for syndicates, co-owners, managers and condominium professionals to get together.

Whether at a conference-cocktail or an apéro-condo, take the time to exchange ideas during a convivial event.

Duration: 2 to 4 hours.

Homecoming for co-owners

It's become a tradition: the RGCQ launches its season of activities with a free event open to everyone, in person or online.

In person: Co-owners, administrators and managers gather to learn about new developments in co-ownership at conferences and exchange ideas with professionals in the field.

La Rentrée de la copropriété is also a trade show bringing together all sectors of the condominium industry: lawyers, claims adjusters, insurance companies, managers, management software and many others.

Online: RGCQ experts present the latest condominium news and report on legislative advances.

La Rentrée de la copropriété is also an opportunity to discover the calendar of upcoming activities and training courses.

Info-Condo

The aim of info-condo webinars is to make a wealth of condominium knowledge accessible and share it with as many people as possible.

💡 info-condo webinars are broadcast live on our Facebook page and are then available on our Youtube channel free of charge.

Golf tournaments

For several years now, condominium specialists have been meeting at the Country Club de Montréal for a convivial day in the company of condominium specialists.

🌟 New since 2023: the RGCQ also organizes a golf tournament in Quebec City to bring together the region's condominium specialists and condominium syndicates.

Special events

Whether festive or informative, the RGCQ also participates in and organizes special events to stimulate reflection on the future of condominiums.
