Julie Banville, lawyer

Julie has been a lawyer since 2005 and a partner since 2012, and is responsible for the co-ownership practice at Therrien Couture Jolicoeur. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, real estate and construction litigation, and co-ownership law.

She represents the interests of her clients, who are mainly directors, shareholders and officers of companies of all sizes, as well as co-ownership syndicates, developers and property managers. She regularly appears before common law courts, specialized tribunals, arbitration boards and the Federal Court.

She also sits on the Board of Directors of the Montreal chapter of the Regroupement des Gestionnaires et Copropriétaires du Québec.

A committed professional who listens carefully to her clients' needs, Julie's practice focuses primarily on conflict prevention and resolution. Her determination and negotiating skills enable her to achieve convincing results for her clients.
