Gérald Denoncin, lawyer

A Belgian-Canadian citizen, Mr. Denoncin worked as a lawyer in private practice in Belgium for 14 years.

Mr. Denoncin then spent 13 years as a property manager for divided and undivided co-ownerships in Montreal, giving him specialized expertise, know-how and a hands-on approach to real estate.

He also authored numerous articles for the Association des syndicats de copropriété du Québec between 2009 and 2019, and participated in numerous co-ownership law symposiums, both as a spectator and speaker.

In June 2020, he completed his law studies at Université de Montréal, where he was awarded the Lauréat du prix du Doyen de l'université.

A graduate of the École du Barreau with excellent results, Mr. Denoncin practises insurance, construction, leasing and sales law, with a focus on condominiums.

Mr. Denoncin has also been a legal advisor and info-management consultant for the RGCQ since 2020.
